[394] (Pali §148) Bhikkhus, there are these two kinds of assistance (anuggaha). What two? (1) Assistance with material things (āmisānuggaha) and (2) assistance with the Dhamma (dhammānuggaha). These, bhikkhus, are the two kinds of assistance. Of these two kinds of assistance, bhikkhus, this is the foremost, namely, assistance with the Dhamma.
