[66] Bhikkhus, I do not see even a single other thing by which unarisen wholesome states (kusalā dhammā) arise and arisen unwholesome states (akusalā dhammā) decline so much as this, bhikkhus: contentment (santuṭṭhitā). For one who is content, bhikkhus, unarisen wholesome states arise and arisen unwholesome states decline.
