[132] Bhikkhus, these four persons are found existing in the world. Which four? One whose discernment is pertinent but not fluent (yuttapaṭibhāṇo na muttapaṭibhāṇo); one whose discernment is fluent but not pertinent (muttapaṭibhāṇo na yuttapaṭibhāṇo); one whose discernment is both pertinent and fluent (yuttapaṭibhāṇo ca muttapaṭibhāṇo ca); and one whose discernment is neither pertinent nor fluent (neva yuttapaṭibhāṇo na muttapaṭibhāṇo). These, bhikkhus, are the four persons found existing in the world.
