[150] Bhikkhus, there are these four essences (sārā). What four? The essence of virtue (sīlasāra), the essence of concentration (samādhi) (samādhisāra), the essence of wisdom (paññāsāra), and the essence of liberation (vimuttisāra). These, bhikkhus, are the four essences.
The Ābhā Chapter, the Fifth, is concluded.
