[262] Bhikkhus, a bhikkhu possessed of four qualities is not fit to resort to secluded lodgings in remote forests and jungle thickets. What four? He is possessed of sensual thought (kāmavitakka), of thought of ill will (byāpādavitakka), of thought of harming (vihiṃsāvitakka), and he is unwise, dull, and stupid.
