[74] Bhikkhus, there are these four foremost things (aggāni). What four? The foremost of virtue (sīla), the foremost of concentration (samādhi), the foremost of wisdom (paññā), and the foremost of liberation (vimutti). These, bhikkhus, are the four foremost things.
