[202] Bhikkhus, there are these five benefits in listening to the Dhamma. What five? One hears what one has not heard before; one clarifies what one has heard; one dispels doubt (kaṅkhā); one straightens one's view; one's mind (citta) becomes confident. These, bhikkhus, are the five benefits in listening to the Dhamma.
