[89] Bhikkhus, these five dhammas lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is a trainee (sekha). What five? Delight in work (kammārāmatā), delight in talk, delight in sleep, delight in company; and he does not review the mind (citta) as it has been liberated. These, bhikkhus, are the five dhammas that lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is a trainee. Bhikkhus, these five dhammas lead to the non-decline of a bhikkhu who is a trainee. What five? No delight in work, no delight in talk, no delight in sleep, no delight in company; and he reviews the mind as it has been liberated.
