[124] Bhikkhus, these ten dhammas, being unarisen, do not arise except in the Sugata's discipline (sugatavinaya). What are the ten? Right view (sammādiṭṭhi) … right deliverance (sammāvimutti). These, bhikkhus, are the ten dhammas that, being unarisen, arise nowhere except in the Sugata's discipline.
