[123] Bhikkhus, these ten dhammas, pure and bright, are not found apart from the Discipline of the Sugata (sugatavinaya). What ten? Right View (sammādiṭṭhi), Right Thought (sammāsaṅkappa), Right Speech (sammāvācā), Right Action (sammākammanta), Right Livelihood (sammā-ājīva), Right Effort (sammāvāyāma), Right Mindfulness (sammāsati), Right Concentration (sammāsamādhi), right knowledge (sammāñāṇa), and right deliverance (sammāvimutti). These, indeed, bhikkhus, are the ten dhammas, pure and bright, that are not found apart from the Discipline of the Sugata.
