[321] 15. One who wishes to do afterwards what ought to have been done before — he falls away from a state of happiness and afterwards burns with remorse. One should say only what one would do; one should not say what one would not do; the wise clearly recognize one who speaks without acting. Exceedingly blissful indeed is Nibbāna, taught by the Fully Self-Enlightened One — sorrowless, stainless, secure — where suffering (dukkha) ceases. The Elder Hārita.
