8. "That state which is to be attained by seers,
a state hard to achieve —
that a woman, with her two-finger wisdom (dvaṅgulipaññā),
is not able to attain."
"What could womanhood (itthibhāva) do to us
when the mind (citta) is well concentrated,
when knowledge (ñāṇa) is flowing on,
for one rightly seeing the Dhamma with insight?
Everywhere delight has been destroyed;
the mass of darkness has been shattered.
Know thus, Evil One:
you are struck down, End-maker (Antaka)."
