[446] 8. Having given birth to ten children in this accumulation of form (rūpasamussaya), then, weak and aged, I approached a bhikkhunī. She taught me the Dhamma — the aggregates (khandha), the sense bases (āyatana), and the elements (dhātu); having heard her Dhamma, I cut off my hair and went forth. While I was training, the divine eye (dibbacakkhu) was purified; I know my former abodes (pubbenivāsa), where I lived before. I develop the signless (animitta), one-pointed, well concentrated; I attained liberation (vimokkha) immediately; I am quenched without clinging. The five aggregates are fully understood; they stand with their root cut off. Shame on you, vile old age! Now there is no renewed existence. Soṇā.
