[1380] "For seven days only, with a mind (citta) full of faith, seeking merit (puñña), did I live the holy life (brahmacariya); but thereafter, this conduct of mine that I have lived for fifty years and more — even unwilling do I live it. By this truth (sacca), may there be well-being: destroyed is the poison — may Yaññadatta live!"
