[2094] Even if one unrestrained, a man of fame, gone to the place of judgment, speaks upon the affairs of others, that word of that very man takes root in the midst of the kinsmen; but the wise man destitute of fortune (sirī) — him none engages to act. Seeing this too, I say: the wise man is inferior; only the man possessed of fortune is superior.
