[2392] Just as a great iron city, doorless, made of iron, with its fine halls, furnished with a moat dug all around it — even so, to me, are those here whose counsels are hidden. Those men whose counsels are hidden, whose speech is not strewn abroad, who are steadfast in their own good — O two-tongued one (dujivhā) — from them foes withdraw and keep far off, as hosts of beings keep far from a venomous serpent.
