[2402] "For dear indeed to me was the king of the supaṇṇas (supaṇṇarājā) — beyond doubt, in truth, dearer than Paṇḍaraka; and I, that very one, impassioned with desire, did this evil deed (pāpakamma) clearly comprehending (sampajāno) it — not out of delusion (moha)."
