[483] "I am the king of the Kāsis; people know me as Pilayakkha. Out of greed (lobha) I have left my realm behind and roam about hunting deer; and I am skilled in the art of archery, renowned as one of firm bow (daḷhadhamma) — not even an elephant, once come within the fall of my arrow, would escape me. But who are you, or whose son are you? How are we to know you? Declare the name and clan of your father and of yourself."
