[925] Behold the city with its splendid ramparts — a marvel that makes the hair stand on end — its banners hoisted aloft, delightful, strewn all over with golden sand. Behold here the leaf-thatched stalls, laid out in order, measured portion by portion; the houses and the homesteads, the junctions and side-streets, and the thoroughfares.
