[110] **"I see the pure one, supremely free from disease" (passāmi suddhaṃ paramaṃ arogaṃ):** "I see the pure one" — I see the pure one, I behold the pure one, I look upon the pure one, I contemplate the pure one, I examine the pure one. **"Supremely free from disease" (paramaṃ arogaṃ)** — one who has attained supreme health (ārogya), attained security (khema), attained protection (tāṇa), attained shelter (leṇa), attained refuge (saraṇa), attained the final resort (parāyana), attained fearlessness (abhaya), attained the imperishable (accuta), attained the deathless (amata), attained Nibbāna. Hence: "I see the pure one, supremely free from disease."
