[198] **A man awakened does not see:** just as a man in a dream sees the moon, sees the sun, sees the great ocean, sees Sineru the king of mountains, sees an elephant, sees a horse, sees a chariot, sees a foot soldier, sees an army in array, sees a delightful park, sees a delightful forest, sees a delightful stretch of land, sees a delightful lotus pond, yet when awakened he sees nothing at all — therefore, "a man awakened does not see."
