[375] **"Seeing in what way, virtuous in what way, is one called 'at peace'?"**
**Seeing in what way (kathaṃdassī):** endowed with what kind of seeing (dassana)—of what constitution, of what manner, of what similitude?—thus, "seeing in what way." **Virtuous in what way (kathaṃsīlo):** endowed with what kind of virtue (sīla)—of what constitution, of what manner, of what similitude?—thus, "seeing in what way, virtuous in what way." **Is called 'at peace' (upasanto):** one is called, declared, spoken of, uttered, shown, designated as peaceful, at peace, quenched, tranquilized. By "seeing in what way," he asks about higher wisdom (adhipaññā). By "virtuous in what way," he asks about higher virtue (adhisīla). By "at peace," he asks about higher mind (adhicitta). Thus, "seeing in what way, virtuous in what way, is one called 'at peace'."
