[422] **"Him I call one at peace" (taṃ brūmi upasanto):** peaceful (santo), at peace (upasanto), stilled (vūpasanto), quenched (nibbuto), tranquilized (paṭippassaddho) — him I call thus, him I speak of, him I declare, him I explain, him I designate thus. Therefore it is said, "Him I call one at peace."
