[461] From what does desire (chanda) in the world have its source? And from what have decisions (vinicchayā) sprung up? And anger (kodha), false speech (mosavajja), and perplexity (kathaṃkathā), and whatever other things (dhammā) have been spoken of by the Ascetic — [from what have they sprung]?
