[526] **"And they say the other is a fool, unskilled"** (bālo paro akusaloti cāhu): they say, they speak, they utter, they explain, they express it thus: "The other is a fool (bāla), inferior (hīna), low (nihīna), lowly (omaka), base (lāmaka), vile (jatukka), petty (paritta), unskilled (akusala), unknowing (aviddā), sunk in ignorance (avijjāgata), devoid of knowledge (ñāṇa) (añāṇī), lacking discernment (avibhāvī), of dull wisdom (duppañña)." Therefore it is said: "And they say the other is a fool, unskilled."
