Cūḷaviyūhasuttaniddesa

Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Mahāniddesa · Vol. 29 · Section 537

[537] **None of them is one of deteriorated wisdom (parihīnapañño):** of those ascetics and brahmins (samaṇabrāhmaṇā), no one is of inferior wisdom, of base wisdom, of low wisdom, of vile wisdom, of paltry wisdom, of limited wisdom. Or rather, all of them are of foremost wisdom, of best wisdom, of distinguished wisdom, of preeminent wisdom, of supreme wisdom, of excellent wisdom — thus, none of them is one of deteriorated wisdom.
