[568] **"By which very reason one regards another as a fool"**: by whatever reason, by whatever condition, by whatever cause, by whatever source, one regards, sees, beholds, looks upon, contemplates, and examines another as a fool — as inferior, as low, as mean, as vile, as filthy, as insignificant. Hence, "by which very reason one regards another as a fool."
