For what reason are the sixty-two speculative views called transgressive views? All those views have overstepped reason, overstepped the characteristic, and passed beyond into what is inferior; for that reason the sixty-two speculative views are called transgressive views. All the sectarians (titthiya), too, are possessed of transgressive views. For what reason are all the sectarians possessed of transgressive views? Overstepping, surmounting, and passing beyond one another, they generate, engender, produce, and bring forth speculative views; for that reason all the sectarians are possessed of transgressive views. **"He is complete"**: he is complete, fulfilled, not deficient in transgressive view. Hence, "he is complete in transgressive view."
