Mahāviyūhasuttaniddesa

Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Mahāniddesa · Vol. 29 · Section 656

[656] **And moreover, the worship of one's own dhamma is likewise true (sadhammapūjā ca panā tatheva)** — what is the worship of one's own dhamma (sadhammapūjā)? One honors, respects, esteems, and venerates one's own teacher, thinking, "This teacher is all-knowing (sabbaññū)" — this is the worship of one's own dhamma. One honors, respects, esteems, and venerates one's own exposition of dhamma, one's own group, one's own view (diṭṭhi), one's own mode of practice (paṭipadā), one's own path, thinking, "This path is emancipating (niyyānika)" — this is the worship of one's own dhamma. **And moreover, the worship of one's own dhamma is likewise true**: the worship of one's own dhamma is true, correct, real, accurate, not mistaken — therefore, "and moreover, the worship of one's own dhamma is likewise true."
