Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Mahāniddesa · Vol. 29 · Section 657

[657] **"As they praise their own ways" (sakāyanāni):** a teaching (dhamma) is one's own way; a view (diṭṭhi) is one's own way; a mode of practice (paṭipadā) is one's own way; a path (magga) is one's own way. They praise, extol, proclaim, and speak in praise of their own ways — therefore, "as they praise their own ways."
