[726] "The One of opened vision (vivaṭacakkhu) has declared the Dhamma directly witnessed (sakkhidhamma), the dispelling of perils (parissayavinaya); Venerable sir, speak of the way of practice (paṭipadā) — the Pātimokkha, or else concentration (samādhi)."
