[91] **For whomever dhammas are formulated and conditioned** (pakappitā saṅkhatā yassa dhammā): "Formulated" (pakappitā): there are two kinds of formulation (pakappanā): formulation through craving (taṇhā) and formulation through view (diṭṭhi). … This is formulation through craving. … This is formulation through view. "Conditioned" (saṅkhatā): they are conditioned in that they are formed, specially formed, elaborately formed, and firmly established. Or alternatively, they are conditioned in that they are impermanent, conditioned, dependently arisen, subject to destruction, subject to vanishing, subject to fading away, subject to cessation (nirodha). "Whose" (yassa): of one who holds speculative views (diṭṭhigatika). The sixty-two speculative views are called "dhammas." Hence, "for whomever dhammas are formulated and conditioned."
