Nissaggiyakaṇḍa

[100] There is no offense: if within the arising of dawn she determines it, or assigns it (vikappana), or gives it away; if it is lost, if it is destroyed, if it is broken; if they take it by force; if they take it on trust; if she is insane; if she is the first offender.
