Nissaggiyakaṇḍa

[99] When the bowl is subject to forfeiture (nissaggiya) and she uses it without having forfeited it, there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa). When the night has not passed, but she perceives it as having passed, there is an offense of wrongdoing. When the night has not passed, but she is doubtful, there is an offense of wrongdoing. When the night has not passed, and she perceives it as not having passed, there is no offense.
