[105] There is no offense (anāpatti): if, perceiving robe-cloth given out of season (akālacīvara) as robe-cloth given out of season, she has it distributed; if, perceiving robe-cloth given in season (kālacīvara) as robe-cloth given in season, she has it distributed; if she is insane; if she is the first offender. ___________________ The third training rule of the Bowl Chapter (Pattavagga).
