[104] When it is out-of-season robe-cloth (akālacīvara) and she perceives it as out-of-season robe-cloth, if, having determined it as in-season robe-cloth (kālacīvara), she has it distributed, it is an offense entailing relinquishment with expiation (nissaggiya pācittiya).
When it is out-of-season robe-cloth and she is doubtful, if, having determined it as in-season robe-cloth, she has it distributed, it is an offense entailing relinquishment with expiation. [1]
