[374] When the legal act is in accordance with the Dhamma (dhammakamma), perceiving it as an act in accordance with the Dhamma, she ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti): an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya). When the act is in accordance with the Dhamma, being in doubt, she ordains: an offense entailing expiation. When the act is in accordance with the Dhamma, perceiving it as an act not in accordance with the Dhamma, she ordains: an offense entailing expiation. When the act is not in accordance with the Dhamma, perceiving it as an act in accordance with the Dhamma: an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa). When the act is not in accordance with the Dhamma, being in doubt: an offense of wrongdoing. When the act is not in accordance with the Dhamma, perceiving it as an act not in accordance with the Dhamma: an offense of wrongdoing.
