[281] When the legal act (kamma) is legitimate (dhammakamma), perceiving it as a legitimate act, she does not relinquish (it): an offense of pācittiya. When the legal act is legitimate, being in doubt, she does not relinquish (it): an offense of pācittiya. When the legal act is legitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act (adhammakamma), she does not relinquish (it): an offense of pācittiya. When the legal act is illegitimate, perceiving it as a legitimate act: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the legal act is illegitimate, being in doubt: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the legal act is illegitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act: an offense of dukkaṭa.
