[386] When the act is legitimate (dhammakamma), perceiving it as a legitimate act, she ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti): an offense entailing confession (pācittiya). When the act is legitimate, being in doubt, she ordains: an offense entailing confession. When the act is legitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act (adhammakamma), she ordains: an offense entailing confession.
When the act is illegitimate, perceiving it as a legitimate act: an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa). When the act is illegitimate, being in doubt: an offense of wrongdoing. When the act is illegitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act: an offense of wrongdoing.
