[411] When the act is legitimate (dhammakamma) and she perceives it as a legitimate act, she gives ordination (vuṭṭhāpeti): an offense of pācittiya. When the act is legitimate and she is in doubt, she gives ordination: an offense of pācittiya. When the act is legitimate and she perceives it as an illegitimate act, she gives ordination: an offense of pācittiya. When the act is illegitimate (adhammakamma) and she perceives it as a legitimate act: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the act is illegitimate and she is in doubt: an offense of dukkaṭa. When the act is illegitimate and she perceives it as an illegitimate act: an offense of dukkaṭa.
