[412] There is no offence (anāpatti): if she ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti) a maiden (kumārībhūtā) who has completed a full twenty years, who has trained for two years in the training in the six dhammas, and who has been agreed upon by the Saṅgha; if she is insane; if she is the first offender. ________ The fourth training rule of the Kumārībhūta chapter.
