[383] There is no offence (anāpatti): if she ordains one under twelve years of age, perceiving her to be of full age; if she ordains one who is fully twelve years of age, perceiving her to be of full age; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). __________________ The Sixth Training Rule of the Gabbhinī Chapter.
