[408] There is no offense if she gives ordination to a maiden who has completed twenty years (kumārībhūtā), who has trained for two years in the training in the six rules (cha dhammā); if she is insane; if she is the first offender. ________________ The Third Training Rule of the Kumārībhūta Chapter
