[407] When the legal act is legitimate (dhammakamme), perceiving the legal act as legitimate, she ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti): an offence of pācittiya. When the legal act is legitimate, being in doubt, she ordains: an offence of pācittiya. When the legal act is legitimate, perceiving the legal act as illegitimate, she ordains: an offence of pācittiya. When the legal act is illegitimate, perceiving the legal act as legitimate: an offence of dukkaṭa. When the legal act is illegitimate, being in doubt: an offence of dukkaṭa. When the legal act is illegitimate, perceiving the legal act as illegitimate: an offence of dukkaṭa.
