**"Should ordain" (vuṭṭhāpeyya):** should give full ordination (upasampādeyya).
Thinking, "I shall ordain her," if she seeks a group (gaṇa), or a woman teacher (ācarinī), or a bowl, or a robe, or if she agrees upon a boundary (sīmā): an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). For the motion (ñatti): a dukkaṭa. For the two proclamations (kammavācā): dukkaṭas. At the conclusion of the proclamations: for the preceptor (upajjhāyā), an offense of pācittiya; for the group and for the teacher, an offense of wrong-doing.
