[418] When the legal act is legitimate, perceiving the legal act as legitimate, she gives ordination (vuṭṭhāpeti): an offense of pācittiya. When the legal act is legitimate, being in doubt, she gives ordination: an offense of pācittiya. When the legal act is legitimate, perceiving the legal act as illegitimate, she gives ordination: an offense of pācittiya.
