[391] There is no offense (anāpatti): if she ordains (vuṭṭhāpeti) a married girl (gihigata) who has completed twelve years, who has trained for two years in the training in the six dhammas, and who has been agreed upon by the Saṅgha; if she is insane (ummattikā); if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). __________ The Eighth Training Rule of the Gabbhinī Chapter
