[141] There is no offense (anāpatti): if she gets in exchange (a heavy cloak) worth four kaṃsas at most; if she gets in exchange one worth less than four kaṃsas; (if she asks) from relatives; from those who have given an invitation (pavārita); for the benefit of another; (if she procures it) by means of her own property; if, when (the donor) wishes to have an expensive one procured, she has an inexpensive one procured; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). _______________ The Second Training Rule of the Cloth Chapter (Cīvaravagga)
