[145] There is no offense: if she gets in exchange one worth at most two and a half kaṃsas; if she gets in exchange one worth less than two and a half kaṃsas; if it is from relatives; if it is from those who have given an invitation; if it is for the sake of another; if it is by means of her own property; if, when the donor wishes her to get an expensive one in exchange, she gets an inexpensive one in exchange; if she is insane; if she is the first offender.
