[146] Venerable ladies, the thirty rules of nissaggiya pācittiya (offenses entailing expiation with forfeiture) have been recited. Concerning them I ask the venerable ladies: Are you pure in this matter? A second time I ask: Are you pure in this matter? A third time I ask: Are you pure in this matter? The venerable ladies are pure in this matter; therefore they are silent. Thus do I hold it.
The Nissaggiya Pācittiya [rules] are concluded.¹
